Comming to Cascais in summer means setting a deal with hot burning Sun. Nights frequently keep above 22º and invite you going out. Rain is rare between May and August.

On winter, temperatures never get  ice cold although some warm clothes are, of course, advisable.

Sintra's mountain, however, generates a micro-climate effect able to get you cold to the bones when you are close to the top.
